Exchange Policy


We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide an exchange facility on selected products only, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.



Eligibility for Exchange


• Exchanges are available only on selected products.

• Customers are required to self-ship the product to our official office address. Shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.

• Once the product is received and verified, the exchange will be processed within 1–2 working days.

• The exchanged product will be dispatched to the same delivery address as the original order.



Conditions for Exchange


To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, due to hygiene reasons.

• The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoices intact.

• Products returned without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

• Customized or made-to-order products are strictly non-exchangeable.
